Just wanted to see who still wants to ride in this rain on Saturday.

I'm not to keen to ride this Saturday :-\ I'm willing to ride but I have had it with all this rain. I'm thinking we should just ride on next weekend? What do you think?

Did the rain push a lot of debris back onto the road surface?
Get reports of conditions like it was the first ride of the season.

Rode that La Porte rd on the 23rd........... that is the roughest rd , just tore up.
I won't get my feelings hurt about this weekend's ride.
Between the rain and possible rough roads, I'm sure I can find other distractions...

As for the constant rain, my yard is looking Oregonian.   8)
It's about taking in the most corners to your destination, not about the shortest, quickest route.

LOL ;D I won't be able to ride this weekend I have to help the Aunt move in her new place in Martiez CA About 4 1/2 hours > that way. I'll be home last Sunday. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if you guys postpone this weekend. ::)

Toxicman, Martinez takes me 3.5 hours max. :P  How do you avoid being run over going that slow through the Central Valley?

I'd have to call you all a bunch of whiney little gurls afraid of hail and rain and hiding under the bed to avoid the lightning, but I've got a kid this weedennd and can't go, so I'll just bow out.  LOL!

My feelin's won't be hurt if we don't ride. I can ride in the rain if it's not expected. But to know is like why?  We have all summer yet to ride. So I think I'm going to bail this Saturday. Get ready for Miller next Weekend. ;)

No disrespect to anyone.

Well, I just got back from SLC where I took the scenic route and I got rained on in Idaho, Oregon and Nevada so I'm in no rush for more. Unless it calls for sun I'm out.

Well heck guys, why not take the John Petty Memorial ride with us on Sunday? Weather is supposed to be drier and warmer! (Sierraville/Downieville Loop) .
It's an annual event that always sees 50 or more participants!
