Lurching with passenger

Title says it. When I have a passenger on board, the bike is "lurching." at any throttle level, regardless of gear, or if I hold the throttle steady. basically picture driving down the street holding a steady speed, and the bike is lurching faster and slower. Only happens with a passenger. Any ideas? the chain slack is fine, too...

Got it. My pc was not getting a good connection with the tps. Just happened to start when I got a passenger
