Considering Z2 didn't get twice that number at a fraction of that price at their last track day, and that no motorcycle org. races at RFR, I'd consider the chances of the school filling up almost none.

  I would imagine there is more to it than that. I've heard his schools are very good.

I'm sure you are right, Adig.  The website doesn't let you know the student/intructor ratio, or if there's a mock race at the end, the number and duration of on track sessions, if they do two up rides to illustrate lines and breaking points, the use of video equipment as a teaching aid. 
He's knows it's in a competitive market.
Why not disclose more about what it is that he's offering?

I have a gym membership, and my trainer teaches me nutrition and fitness.
If I saw my trainer at the track I'd say "hey! what's up?"
If she started talking to me at the track about nutrition and fitness, I'd say
    "Hey, it was nice seeing you!"

I hear you, but a lot of people aren't informed on nutrition and fitness, so to be a fast rider it definitely plays a part.

Call them, they are very friendly and will answer any question you have.

I want to attend the school because it seems to touch on techniques other schools don't mention:

My major reservation right now is that by taking the class in October, basically the last track weekend of the season, I won't have the opportunity to practice any learned techniques and will have six months to forget them.
