I haven't had a chance to get my suspension set properly by an expert.  Is there a general rule on how to set your suspension?  I'm a big guy (265lbs) on a Yamaha R1.  It seems like my bike pitches awkwardly going into sharp turns.

there is a very good chance it is not. Zoran put new springs in my forks and rear shock and it made a HUGE difference.

My bike came from the factory with rock hard forks and gooey marshmallow in the back.
