ATV ramp you can walk up with your bike.  I am only 5'6" and i have never put a bike in a truck by my self. I don't think I have ever tried it takes at least two people not including girlfriend.  lol

twostrokeyardsale should give lessons. He uses a single ramp and loads both his bikes by himself. He is not much more than 5'6" either. He amazes me every time I see him do it. I don't have jeuvos that big.

Adiggity

I had to learn to load my bike by myself and I use a ramp, then set a stepping stool next to it on the left side. I start my bike and slowly drive it up the ramp while walking beside it up and into the truck by first stepping up onto the stool, then into the truck. You just have to have a bit of clutch and throttle control because i have seen people get into some trouble while doing this. If you can get someone to help you that is always best.

I had to unload/reload my bike, with a ramp, by myself, a few times out of town, not at a track day. My solution: find a somewhat steep grade (not too far from where your bike is), park your truck there, walk back to the bike, ride it to the truck and load it. The truck need to be at the bottom of the grade with the ramp higher up on the grade. Much easier (plus you don't mess up the belly pan). At track days there will be always be plenty of people eager to help.

I load/unload by myself often but it becomes a problem with the high tailgate of my 4x4 and the weight of my GSXR. At home I park the wheels in the low gutter and it's no problem loading from my driveway. At RFR I'll need some kind of step stool, maybe a wide ramp, and maybe a helper.

The longer the ramp the better. If it is arched that will prevent the bodywork from dragging.

I don't recommend using the engine. Push it.

I use two arched ramps. Walk up one ,clutch the bike up the other. Be sure to tie down the ramps to the truck as you can spit them off with the back wheel or pushing with your feet.

A DRAGON

When I'm at home I load mine in my truck backwards. With only 1 ramp. I paid all that money for these bikes. You think I could find reverse.  ( I need a slope to load mine by myself. If I'm at a Track Day. Everyone is always eager to help. Thanks to all who have ever helped me.  :P
