Not that it's generally a huge problem in the Reno area (certainly not like LA), but still.  Sucks to be a rider at rush hour in Vegas.

The story says it passed with ease through the state assembly, but the senate soundly rejected it.  They name names on who voted Nay as well.  Voter/riders should take note and either send them an E-mail or simply vote for the 'other guy' next time.
