Actually, a supercuts haircut may be the worst way to achieve confidence.  I'd pay 15 dollars not to get one!
Make the haircut mandatory for all ticket purchasers then offer ticket holders the option to gift $15 to a charity as a way out of getting your new haircut.  The charity could be the 'new' AMA or NASCAR
