Look what you just did!  You opened a whole can of worms.  I will have no part of this.

One new set for the whole season? Hmm.
I doubt that this poll will help you make a selection.
What are you using now, and have you ever had an issue with those tires?
   I was using OEM's at the track last october. The bike felt a little funny, but it was Joe (4theriders)  while shooting pictures observed that I was sliding both front and rear on turn 3 at RFR.  I went from oem to the latest/greatest DOT race tires in one day.  I also spent about 400 dollars.  I like riding on a tire that I know Jamie Hacking can win races on, cuz I'll never approach the limits of what I'm using.

OEM =dunlop qualifiers.
New tires Michelin Power Race PRC front and PR5 rear.

seriously.  The new sport rider of april has a street/track tire test they did with a zx-10r and gsxr 600 testing the top brand tires that compete for the title aggressive street/frequent track use.  The top came out the pilot power 2ct and then the BT-016.  They also tested the dunlop qualifier.  There was quite a bit of information from the riders about the difference between the tires.  They recommended buying tires that fit your needs and not perhaps the one that came out on top.  Might be a good starting point to read others views on the tires but thats all im saying.

Im sticking to my story... 2ct's are the way to go for a street rider doing the occasional track day.. Great center wear and Great edge traction too. Steve at 2wcp or the guys at SPL can hook you up with these.. I love mine.
There is absolutely no good excuse for what Im about to do !
