Tiger Carb Sorting Issues

Do any of you guys who own shops with dynos and Co2 sniffers flat rate a tune.  I've got the fuelling so screwed up on my Tiger that it's not even funny.  I have no problem removing the plastic and gas tank and transporting the bike to you. 

I'd like to be around when you work your magic.  Hate to pass up a learning experience.

1998 Triumph Tiger 885cc Triple.  Kehein 38mm (IIRC) carbs.
