Registration Fees For Off Road Vehicles/NV

I know that there was a posting some time ago about how there is a bill about having off-road vehicles registered in Nevada. The bill was passed by the Assembly Ways and Means Committe but it sounds like Gov. Jim Gibbons may veto the bill. So another $20 to $30 a year bones thrown the DMV and betcha the money will be misappropriated. The Legisltaure says that it will create the Fund for Off-Highway Vehicle fund for Nevada and be used for projects for off highway vehciles. So what projects would that be? AMA, and a whole string of other groups supports the bill, the question is will the money really go where they say it will go? Haven't we seen money misappropriated in Nevada and got screwed.......furthermore, more wasted time at the DMV!
