PENSKE SHOCK

can anyone tell me If penske shocks are pretty universal? It looks right, and I was on their site and it seems that they sell 4 or 5 different shocks but none are model specific... I got one on the 2001 zx6 I just bought and I would like to put it on my 2004 R6....

kinda hard to get in there with a tape, and the top thread has alot of room for adjusting height... hoping zoran will jump in and give his two cents, unless its not what I wanna hear!

It is not what you want to hear. There is total length of shock, shock travel, valving and spring rate...etc that has to match each bike.

I can make it work but it may not be cost effective, it depends what all has to be changed. Need to see shock and bike it goes on.
