According to the caltrans road report website hwy 4 is open. Anyone been on it?

I believe it was opened before the last storm.  Haven't heard of people riding it yet.  SCR is however, this weekend.
It's about taking in the most corners to your destination, not about the shortest, quickest route.

1trackmind has ridden it and taken pictures. Lots of running water across the road and sand and still plenty of snow. Be careful on it.
