Nice day for a ride up to VC

Still a little sandy here and there, but there were at least as many motorcycles as there were cars.  Seemed like everyone was riding today, dusting off the cobwebs.  Stopped for a little bit at the valley overlook.  Everyone was behaving too!   Well, everyone except for a red 4x4 lifted pickup that was hauling up behind an enduro's butt.  Don't know if it was road rage or what, but the truck driver was nearly running over the motorcyclist.     Some people just lose sight of their humanity I suppose.

Lost my appetite for more twisties at that point and headed back home.

It was an awesome day but I chose dirt. Near perfect conditions except a bit too hot!! If this keeps up we will be doing bucks lake in no time.

Gieger Grade is now under construction, mill & repave. Saturday was a fun jolt to the BBQ joint. Can't wait for when it's done, best part is I know the project manager on this job, so I can complain at him

I know !! I forgot and tried to ride yesterday... The sign says "30 min wait and bikes not recommended". turned around and went home
