BC, Quinn and I all made it back to Reno after fattening up at the Quincy Pizza Factory.  400 miles traveled and nobody complained.  To me, that's awesome.  Some exceptional solid riding too for our newbie.  Very impressed with the maturity of today's group.

Thanks everyone.  Hope you all had fun! :respect

p.s. BC, can't wait to have you back up front again when you get your S1000.

Oh, and sorry no pics from today.  I left the memory card or my camera in my computer.  What a dope!

It was a great ride.  We had a good ride back though la Porte.  Great weather..

Hey GM,

Curious how you guys got 400 miles in. Did you explore some side roads or double back on one of the roads? I did that loop on Saturday and it was 300 miles from NW Reno.

We deviated from the original course and the group split.  Four went into La Porte and the three from my group went back into Quincy, then down to Oroville, then Quinn and I traced our route back the way we came while BC headed to Hallelujah Junction.  Our route was going to be much longer, working better for our group, the other route was slightly shorter and worked better for the other group.  Everybody wins.

It was reminiscent of several previous rides, where we'd say let's do Downieville via Monitor and we'd go.  The goal being making it into an adventure by filling our senses with as many turns as was necessary for sensory overload.

Sunday was a most excellent adventure.

By far one of the best rides I have ever been on learned so much so fast paced adrenaline riding only regret was that I did not have my go pro because the footage would of been amazing I can't wait for the next ride!!  ;D
