MOTHS!!!

Rode hwy 49 coming out of Sierra City last evening after dark.  The mild Winter has produced a bumper crop of moths, that's for sure.  I don't know how the bike made it through there without choking on a stack of wings.  It was insane.  I had to slow to about 40 MPH and it felt like I was slipping on their bodies on the road surface as well.  There were bats flying back and forth feeding on them right in front of my path, but then they cleared almost completely away after I made it over to the west side of Yuba Pass.

Very strange circumstances.  The bike is a mess and I'm frightened by what I'm going to find in the airbox.
