SSA Forum organization

Thought I'd tidy things up, identify like threads and organize things a little bit better.  The problem with organization is that it creates a lot of clutter in the home page.

You'll want to use the header & footer links for recent posts and such. 

Will be adding some more I'm sure.  Was thinking of a sub-section for recommended area bike shops.  There are more than a few threads in the general section.
