Wanted to post this one of my mom, guess riding is in my blood !!
Also to say THANKS AGAIN to everyone for the kind words and warm thoughts last month when my dad died.  I have been to the site many times to read the posts from everyone, and each time its a bit more healing. Hope this photo works.

This i an AWESOME photo... My Dad passed when I was 19 (Im now 37) and my Mom just gave me a photo of an old Triumph that he had spent every penny they had rebuilding.. I guess you could say its in my blood too...  My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Thanks Trent, isn't it cool to get old photos like that? I am still searching for one of my dad on one of his bikes. Somehow I got the ones of mom and I hope my brother can come up with one of my dad at some point.It would be cool to fame them up side by side.
Some day I guess my boys will be looking through photos and find one of me on my Harley and have the same happy memories.

You should post the picture your mom gave you, I am sure lots of members would enjoy seeing it. We could have a sort of "old timers" thread going, lol.

I will try to find and post some pictures of my father w/bikes.  I can picture a couple, but finding them will be the hard part. As far as your photo. . the resemblance to you is uncanny.
