I found out as the race was starting from another forum. Damn near missed it and DVR did not pick up my keywords. I was thinking about posting it up since I did not see anything here and then I went "naw...race already started and people besides me probably already knew about it".

I was out working and just came in for a break too.

Guess I should have just been a post whore and put it up anyway.

The bright side Alberto is that you probably saved yourself a whole bunch of frustration watching it. It was very aggravating to watch.

I watched the race and I liked it. The red flag incident was pretty bad but still I enjoyed the race. I would consider myself biased though. I thought the rolling start was cool, but it does take away from the level of difficulty in getting a good start.

As for Alberto's point made. Any time anyone posts something about a race that says anything about the outcome or the happenings should post SPOILER in the title to keep people from reading the thread if they haven't watched the race. I am usually always busy on the weekends and don't watch the races until a later date and find it very frustrating to find out info on the race before I've had a chance to watch it. It's very simple to do and is only considerate for others.

I did however miss the Superbike race because I didn't have the right name set in my DVR to record the race. Which still has me wondering, what was the race listed under and does anyone know if SPEED is showing it again? I did a search for racing and couldn't find it.  ???

my DVR picked it up and recorded it. I use keywords "supersport", "superbike" and "MotoGP" and it picked up all the races except AMA. I tried AMA but it recorded more motocross so I haven't quite figured out how to get the AMA races to record this year. If I figure it out I'll post up...or if someone already knows what the keywords are please post.

The only keyword Speed put on the race was Daytona 200 (real helpful). No 'racing', no 'motorcycle' no 'AMA'  :-\

Even the American Superbike race was under that title? If that is the case then that is why it didn't record it. It records only one under that title and the rest are all put under the "already recorded" list, so it doesn't re-record the same race over and over again. Makes sense that that would be the case.

Thanks
Point taken, Andy.
Sorry Alberto, I thought it was more 'result' oriented.  :-X

It's all good as far as I am concerned. I know you have good intentions Justino. I think maybe Alberto was just having a bad day.  :)
