SSA Monday Bike Night - Gardnerville!!! Starting June 2009

In an effort to grow the club and to help out all the 'Southern' riders in our area, I finally got permission from the Dragon to start a bike night in Gardnerville. Call is SSA South if you will.

So starting Monday night, June 29th @ 6pm we will start meeting at The New Rancho Grande Mexican Restaurant on Hwy 395. It is on the west side of the highway just past Sharky's Casino at the S curve. The owner of the restaurant will be offering special food prices...1$ Tacos, $2.99 Fish Tacos etc and drink prices. As we grow this new group, we can probably get some of our local bike shops to help out with raffle prizes.

I really need your guys support to get the word out and maybe show up the first night to get a few bikes on the highway. So if you are in the area, or want to ride down and maybe get Monitor Pass in while down here, please show up!!! If you know any riders down here, let them know!

We really would like to capture the riders down here and get them to our trackdays too!

That raggity old thing? I thought you said it looked like an old wore out shoe! It will be hard to tow it down behind the Aprilia I am borrowing from a good friend of mine....although it should be used to carrying that much weight.....

he might have problems cleaning off the cobwebs, shaking the chipmunks out of the air box, and draining the bad gas that is in it from sitting so long not being used

Greg and myself got a ride in over Monitor. It was a GREAT ride...nice and cool. Stopped to admire the sunset at the Nevada side lookout.


Ron...sorry if there was some mis-communication on fuel. I hope that is what it was. When we turned left and you went right we figured you went ahead and headed for the barn. Was nice to see you, hope we'll see you again!
