Crazy fever, no tylenol. I GOT some Help!

anyone around the northwest (Robb Dr.) that can score me some acetomenophen/tylenol/motrin/ibuprofin or any other fever reducer?  I'm hovering around 103.3 degrees with a ton of generalized joint pain.
