C is best for learning track behaviors and etiquette regardless of speed.
The other groups, this knowledge is expected, as well as knowing the lines.

Speaking of... here it is, A 2005 CBR with 7118 miles. I put another 500miles on it driving it home (from vegas). It needs some work, but that is what winter is for....
