scooter vs. cbr

Anyone riding to work from D'Andrea this AM on a CBR? I was on my Honda Metropolitan and pulled up next to two guys on CBR's, a 1000 and a 600. I pinned it when the light turned green and beat them across the intersection. Then they smoked me. Either I amused them or pissed them off. not sure which.
