Can anyone guess what it means?

I submitted it for inclusion into the Urban Dictionary and it has been accepted.
Look for it soon at urbandictionary.com

only thing that came up:
edited for most foul language-
"The Jersey Maneuver isn't defined yet, but these are close:

1.    Jersey Swoop
While having sex from behind one quickly removes there  ";)" and forcibly rams it into the girls  ":o". This must be done with total Jersey attitude. Before the switch You must throw up your right arm in an attempt to signal the change that is coming. This is not to be confused with the "Oopsy daisy" which has no turn signal and does not require a douche bag attitude.
(Note: A skilled person should be able to preform this maneuver in any position.)
"Why did Cassie call out sick?"

"You didn't hear? Mike pulled a Jersey Swoop on her last night. She wont be walking straight for a week."

Intentional reducing following distance between vehicles on a public roadway in an attempt to prevent a third vehicle from merging.
Verb: Jerseyed; to be Jerseyed
The jerk tried to pull the Jersey Maneuver, preventing me from getting on the highway. I haven't seen driving like that since I moved out of Jersey.

Ever hear of the "LUGNUT MANEUVER?" It's where we, in our big 4X4's, don't care if some Jersey punk in his AMC Pacer tries to squeeze us off. We just merge anyway...running them off the road if need be ;D

I was suprised at how polite Reno drivers are, if you lived in Seattle or where the coasties are all moving to (Wenatchee) it would be a daily occurance.

Just be glad it's rare. I think it has a whole bunch to do with the fact that in Nevada, pretty much everybody has a handgun. Seems to make driving a more plesurable experiance. Funny how that works. I love Nevada!!

We should start a " Nevada Manueaver".....hmmmmm, "where did I put my handgun??" glove box? right pocket?? Hmmmm. You guy was probably new to Reno, and just needed a reminder.

I dig the reno traffic, we are all laid back and let each other in.  The only time I dont like to drive is from 7:30 to 9:00am.  I seems that alot of people are way more eager to get to work than myself.
