Dessert Park Mini Moto is OUT

Allthough NNKC is open to the idea of SSA mini moto, airport authority say's no.  Also the provisions of the lease stricly state 4 wheel karts only. Insurance is the next stone wall. I'm sure airport authority has to vote on any lease amendment's. It is a fine line to walk when one operates a track on someonelses property. Case in point, Nevada Motocross Park was going to run for the second season and during a commissioners meeting,one of the Douglas Co. commissioners decided that 2million dollar insurance policy to operate the track was not enough and decided to up the insurance up to 5 million, the gavel struck and NMP was no more. The second season was hopefully the break even season for the investment, but the promoter lost his ass!
