Sorry I didn't see this (strange!)
I'd say it could be even less than 2 hours.  The team has pretty much got things covered.
It's a great opportunity for the committee to see who's who and what's what.  
Maybe they'll offer up what the day is going to look like and how it's going to be organized.
We'll see what, if anything, they need from us.  

Greg, Luke, and Myron are really working hard for the club.
