Right after Beto, going toward downtown on 5th street. I usually get the "Valdez" with sausages, peppers, Jalapenos, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Kind of a big crust, they always give you honey and ranch to dip the crust in...not very Italian but still delicious

Greek origin then to Italy in 1700's.  Queen Margherita of Italy made it more popular in 1880's
