I already have someone willing to donate a new pair of riding gloves and I see what else we can get donated.

I would say somebodies house would be the best idea. I would offer mine up but I don't think you all want to drive to Fallon. If you do, I am fine with doing it there.

For food, there are a couple ideas that come to mind. 1) pizza (always easy to order a bunch of them) 2) get a tray or two from Port of Subs or Subway. I wouldn't mind a bbq, but I will be busy playing poker so I am out for being the grill master!

Everybody can just pitch in the pot for food. maybe $10/person or something like that.

I did some checking around and and for food I think Costco sandwhich trays, deli trays are the way to go, they are a lot less expensive than Port of Subs, etc and quality is pretty good

. We can also do a verity of soda, beer, etc .... not that I encourage drinking and riding...I can rent tables for about $75 and chairs for about the same.

I have a VM into the Toys for Tots local program to find out about getting a donation box and what we need to do as far as form to fill out etc... so we just need a count of how many players/riders want to participate, a location, cards/chips and prizes from dealers .... I'm open for more ideas and volunteers ............. $:-\$

Yo Diggity. We never go to Fallon. I think this should be a first. Let's give back to a guy that always sacrifices for us. If we come to Fallon. I hope you have a place for some to sleep.

I got a couple spare rooms and a couch. Bring some blankets and pillows. We'll find a spot for you.

Ok.. So possible location in Fallon , I think I may ask my hubby how he feels about having it our place in Sparks. That's if you don't mind my 3 yr old running around...I am setting up a list of players, Please PM me if you want to be on that list (already added Mike and D1no). I also need a dealer....Any takers? I will be working on the rest of the details throughout this week and work and school are crazy so don't be offended if I don't respond right away.

Ok, I got permission from the Hubby to have it at our house in Sparks if you guys want to... I don't have a poker table or cards,chips, etc. but that's where D1no comes in

Also I am thinking of the 3rd weekend in October....Maybe the 16th or 17th?
