Wanting a TRACK BIKE --- where to get???

Where can I buy track back??  Need ideas on what site I should be looking at.
I want a 1000,  probably Honda or Suzuki ---- thoughts , comments on what to get and what year to get , and lastly , the amount of money I will be spending.

Those sound like things for you to decide. 

Seems like you have already decided on a Honda or Suzuki litre bike.  Figure out how much you can afford to spend and get the newest, nicest one you can find.

I don't know if your willing to travel a bit but I have had good luck on bayarearidersforum. Also the AFM website is a good place to check. Are you looking for an already set up bike or would you do the work to get a street legal bike prepped for the track. Whats your price range? I have a street legal 06 GSXR 1000 with a salvaged title

The budget can vary --anywhere from 4k on up.   I just want a track only bike.   No more street for me.    Just want to ride the track.     I will continue to look on BARF and others.    

Johnzee, didnt want a salvaged title but would could do a lightly used street bike as well.   We will see.

Just fishing for any info anyone had any.
