Converting the CBR to a track bike.

Not like a yamaha.  the holes are threaded for a 6mm bolt.  Also it would have to be the longest Dzus fastener I have ever seen.

If he needs them, he can borrow my plates till our SSA trackday weekend, then I need them back, but he should have his own by then.

I never followed up.  i went with Armour Bodies, I got them from BVH. (Those guys are great to deal with...the best dealer I have dealt with)
I had help from greg and t.  T had done it before and he was impressed with the fit.
I was impressed with the measure 0 drill once and everything was perfect.
I don't think anyone needs to get too anal about how they fit.  It's a bike and it's going to go down. Period.
