I'm not gonna be able to ride Sunday so am planning on gettin my fix on Saturday. I was thinking truckee to sierraville, goldlake to Quincy, 162 to oreville, and reverse.  Straight to the good stuff!! I'll plan on the north Mccarren starbucks at 9. But post if you are planning on going, my plans tend to evolve if no one is keepin me honest.

I'm planning on skipping Sunday's ride as well.  This sounds fun.  Why 9AM?  Saturday is forecast to be a blazer.  8AM would take an hour out of the afternoon return route.

Nice! I could be persuaded to start early.. I'm just lazy in the morn and have to drive down from tahoe city to get my bike so would be a 6am alarm for me. how bout compromise and say 8:30 at SB's?

Sounds good to me, but I don't want to spoil your new morning routine, if you know what I mean.  Put a smile on your face, then come on down.   :D

I will wake up with a smile knowing I'm gonna put a smack down on my knee pucks ;D

We missed you BC! Was a great ride. Nice to meet ya KK and a pleasure riding with ya. I think I dropped a quarter on 162, I better turn around and do laps until I find it!

Save your weekend TB, I'll run out tonight.  No really.  It'll be worth the quarter!  :evil1  BTW, you're a great instructor.  I just watch you and each ride I feel more comfortable.  Thanks!

Great ride there KK.  It was a pleasure having you along.  Thanks for buying pizza for us.  :D  More rides for you in the future?

I'll post the few pics we took here in a couple minutes.

p.s. got some sympathy points from a motorist at the gas station when I stopped in Reno.  They were compassionate about 'safety first,' but were OMG you have to be hot in all that gear.  "Oh yeah, I'm cooking.  Just have to keep moving."  :P

This was Brian's ride and he made it abundantly clear it was a business trip to put a hurt on his pucks.  KKM and I were just along for the ride, although one of my pucks was getting rather sassy and I had to straighten it out too.

We went for Thai last year, which means I've been there twice.  How many times have you been?

??  Oh, that's right.  You don't ride anymore.   :evil1
