From the consensus at the meet and greet, we have more enthusiasm for riding than riding and swimming.  I know that would change if half our members were Hooters calendar girls, but until such time, I guess we're changing Sundays ride from a swim ride to only a ride.

So, north route.  Meet at 8:30.  Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we won't be subject to rain showers when we return to Reno.
It's about taking in the most corners to your destination, not about the shortest, quickest route.

I had an awful nights sleep last night.  Can't seem to wake up.  May have to ride in back today.   :hangover :drool

Sorry I wasn't able to ride with you guys.

We determined La porte was a bit too much for a beginner.  Anyone on the board willing to do a slow ride with a n00b today? PM me if so and we'll coordinate.

Edit:
A problem with my gauges turned out to be more serious than I thought.  I had to rush the bike to the dealer for warranty work. No riding for me today.

I'm thinking I'm heading out later with some buds

Another good one in the books.

I left the house at 8am this morning, got back at 745pm and logged 430 miles.  That's what I call a Sunday ride!

Twelve hours in the saddle. That one piece of road with the perfect asphalt and turns. I don't know how you would top this. Great ride. The vids I shot have gotta be very good.

Hot digity!  Glad you made it out with us today Dub.  It was such a nice afternoon when I returned to Reno, I rode around a little bit more.  Not quite as far for me as it was for you and KKM.

Awesome, AWESOME, AWESOME day of riding!  Thanks everyone for a safe and sane ride.

Yeah, glad we didn't drop down into the central valley; I heard from the CHP that there were some trouble makers down that way.
