Hey guys,

Now that the street riding season is just about over, do you have any winter upgrades planned for your bike? On the maintenance side I'll probably install a new clutch cable, throttle cable, and chain. On the bling/performance side, I'm hoping to get some new aftermarket front rotors, most likely from Brake Tech. That's probably about it for me, what about you guys?

I am looking for a set of OZ forged wheels for next year. These will drop 7.5 lbs from my wheel set. Handling should be better but I am sure I will be slower as I am getting older.

Awesome wheels Kevin!. If I had a more exotic bike I would consider some trick wheels, but I can't justify the price for an old standard bike like mine. Hell, even new rotors are probably overkill :).

Just change fluids and check valves on the SV.

Here's the list for the R6, not sure if I'll get to it all or not.
Keyless Ignition
Keyless Gas Cap
Steering Damper
Quick Shifter
Spare Wheels
New Clutch
New Levers
Thanks to Sidi|Motion Pro|Vortex|Carters|Shoei for the support in 2019

Wiles, sounds like your R6 is gonna be ready for the trackday season for sure! SV's and FZ's are workhorses and don't need much to keep on truckin'  :thumbup.

288cbr, that sounds like a cool project on a bike back from my era 8)!
