2014 Early AM run out to La Porte and back

I'm thinking of heading out first thing Saturday for a scenic run to La Porte.  It's been a while since I've been out that way* and I was just a little too tired from last weekend's Saturday Fort Bragg ride to also do Wills' La Porte/Bucks Lake ride.

North route.  Thinking of KSU ASAP on Saturday.  If others are interested, I can postpone a start until maybe 8:00 AM.  Otherwise, I'll just gas-n-go.

Oh darn, I missed out on the old stinky cars...AGAIN!  





* tried riding with SCR, but that was the weekend one of their riders had an accident and I ended up escorting him back to the valley via hwy 70.

If you end up doing this solo GM, be advised to check your mirrors frequently, Mel might show up at any given moment and start gnawing on your rear tire!

Ha!  I ended up sleeping in.     Filled up a waste receptacle full of tree/shrub clippings instead.  The yard needed it.  Gearing up to paint the house, so this is prep work.
