From a distance it almost looks like there's snow on the hills.  Up until you look at where your bike is parked, then reality sets in.

Do you ride out to these places solo sometimes?  I was concerned when I left the house, thinking I might change my destination to Peavine or out behind my house.  The worry wart in me said to stick with the plan.  Oh man.  I didn't think I'd had taken the kind of hurt away from such a simple little fall, but it's been a real wake up call for me.  Even with tons of protective gear on...
