Strong side hip holster, 4x 10 round magazines, mag pouches. There's a beginner/intro match held by the same club with easier/safer courses, mostly stand and shoot, just a little movement. None of that backwards movement in the video, which is potentially dangerous.

I'm not sure about the beginner matches but if you got there at 9 you wouldn't be too late or too early.
