Hello,

In the garage section you will find the KZ 900 project pretty well documented.

It is flawless, or in my eyes constantly needing something changed or modified, which is why I am ready to let it go.

PM me if interested. Here are some links to ponder:

All that work and your selling it?  It a beautiful looking bike.   I didnt make the CJMC this year, they moved it up a couple months and caught me off guard.

Haven't had time to read all your post on SSA but enjoyed what I did read.

New bike:

Old project gone.

Time to log 80,000 miles on a Guzzi.
Ohlins suspension front and rear plus Ohlins stabilizer. Rode it over 49 from Auburn yesterday. Pretty good handling touring type bike.

Interesting choice for new bike.  You must be a big fan of air cooled motors.  Although, it looks like your model comes with a decent sized oil cooler as well.  Or am I seeing something that's not really there?  That would be something I'd put on it if it didn't already have it.  Summer riding is hard enough on our water cooled bikes!
It's about taking in the most corners to your destination, not about the shortest, quickest route.

I love Guzzi's. The year I bought the Ducati, I test rode one and almost bought it. It was a Breva, and pretty spendy. This one was very expensive brand new. More than the Breva.

I stuck with the program and bought the Ducati Monster as I had wanted Ducati for 20 years.

The Guzzi does have a substantial sized oil cooler. It handles like a heavy bike with really good suspension, rocks when you blip the throttle, is dead smooth, I love it. Don't try to ride it like a 600 it will get you in trouble, but ride smooth and predictably and it just flows.
