A championship and 2 years of consecutive wins in the U.S. GP is kicking ass. Nicky has had problems in Moto GP ever since they switched to 800's. Although I highly doubt it would happen, I'd be interested to see him make a return to the factory "production" machines and see how well he'd do, just for funzies. I'd be willing to bet he'd give Spies, Mladin / Bayliss, Haga, Corser a run.

I heard an interesting suggestion. Nicki would be right at home on the Ducati because of how ruff it is to ride. It suits his riding style because of the way it was moving around under Stoner at Laguna. I thoght maybe that could be true.
