SSA poster @ Michaels

[Yard Sale]

I stopped by Michaels of Reno today at lunch and there was an SSA trackday poster on an easel right at the entrance. Very nice!

I asked the parts guy about the SSA discount and he said they were still negotiating it. ($175 for a new battery for my F4i!)

I too saw the poster at Michael's today when I was there. It is very cool to see the club put out there all for everyone to see. It is my hope that there will be a huge turn out at the track for that day. All I have to say is that I will be feeling jealous that day because I will not be able to join everyone at the track.  Have fun at the track guys and know I will be with you all in spirit

Thanks Alberto made that poster and I must say he did a pretty good job. Michaels said that they would put in there when I left on Sunday. I'm happy to see they kept their word. I will have posters made up for the Track Days in June and October.  With 1 twist. I want to use club members so if you have a few photos you really like put them on a disc and get it to me. I would like for it to be of more than 1 bike If we can get 2 or 3 in one shot I would really like that. Then when the posters come down you have something cool for your garage or where ever you diceide to put it. Posters of club memters I like that. Let's all get in on the action. Who needs Troy Bayliss when we have Yard Sale on his 250?

Members of the SSA (and there are qualifications to  become a member) receive a card, that when presented, entitles them to discounts at a few of the cycle shops.

Attend bike nights (and riding all the way to g'ville tonight for SSA South is a BIG point LOL), attend group rides, or attend trackdays. Participating regularly in any two of the three is what I believe Jerome likes to see.
